This was tricky, and I understand why you may have become confused.
First, I opened my browser and typed
www.waves.com
in the address bar.
Then, I told my screen reader to find "contact". It found a link that
said "contact us". I pressed ENTER on that, which took me to this page:
http://www.waves.com/contact-us
