Hi Martin, The snap to grid functionality is really geared toward the process of dragging events on the timeline. When dragging items, depending upon the zoom settings, it's sometimes very difficult to position the mouse pointer exactly on the grid. Since blind users aren't using the mouse pointer, per se, there isn't a need for snapping to the grid. Normally, you'd use the nudge value to move items forward or backward in the timeline. If you want things to be locked to the grid, quantization is probably the best bet. Further adjustment can be done by moving selected events by the nudge value. HTH, Slau
