Hi Slau and thanks for your fast response.

Yes, yes and yes :-)

I want to select all D1 notes of the whole instrument track to transpose them
to A1.
It is a drum track.

When using control+numpadMinus or -Plus, all the C1 notes are transposed, too.

So my selection must be wrong.

Strange, best! / Martin

Hi Martin,

It's not exactly clear what you're trying to accomplish. I mean, it's probably
clear in your mind but, upon reading, one could interpret your message a couple
of ways. so, I'm going to assume you mean that you wish to transpose each
instance of a particular MIDI note like, say, B flat 3 to a different MIDI note
like C4. Is that what you mean?

If so, I'm also going to assume that you've chosen the second radio button in
the Select/Split Notes dialog and that you're not using other criteria and,
finally, that you've enabled the radio button to select notes rather than split
them. Assuming you've entered in the correct note range in the edit fields,
pressing Apply should correctly select the notes within the range. Rather than
transposing, you can use Control num pad plus or minus to transpose the
selected notes up or down a semitone without using the Transpose dialog. It
works fine for me. Let me know what you find.
