Hello all! I fixed the issue. The FloTools installers try to find a system voice that is not the same on my machine. For testing only I set the system voice to the English „Tom“ and the installer finished successful.

Open script editor, in the utilities folder of applications. 2. Press command O in script editor, and open the flo tools installer application. 3. You should see a text area labeled "script source." If you do, you’ve gotten to the right place. Scroll over with voiceover until you see a "log" checkbox. Check the checkbox, and press command R to run the script. 4. It should throw the same error you were getting before. If so, click OK, and then scroll over with VoiceOver again until you see script log. Please copy the log text and email it back to me.
