I need to contact Soft Tube to find out if it is actually a surface controller and to what functionality it has. What their website and videos indicate is it’s integrates with any major DAW. Again to what extent.

I don’t know how much functionality it has outside of those areas as in if it can be use to control the DAW as well. Also It seems PreSonus took some additional steps to allow some functionality with pro tools in the fader port 8, that you wouldn’t normally get with a non Avid/ProTOols controller, so you may still be interested in the Fader Port. Speaking of which zounds has the fader port 8 for $100 off today. https://www.zzounds.com/prodsearch?q=blackfriday2017 <https://www.zzounds.com/prodsearch?q=blackfriday2017&cat2=3297&form=email_C2294700&utm_source=WhatCountsEmail&utm_medium=zzounds_newsletterzZounds+NWAY%5b1%5d+Active&utm_campaign=C2294700+112717+Cyber+Monday+Deals&_wcsid=302FD9A23B98DD8D3723FA4D86F9D65D2E6AE64CBF1B101C> &cat2=3297&form=email_C2294700&utm_source=WhatCountsEmail&utm_medium=zzounds_newsletterzZounds+NWAY%5B1%5D+Active&utm_campaign=C2294700+112717+Cyber+Monday+Deals&_wcsid=302FD9A23B98DD8D3723FA4D86F9D65D2E6AE64CBF1B101C On Nov 27, 2017, at 9:28 PM, Andre Jarreau <andre.jarr...@earthlink.net> wrote: Hi Guys, Am I to understand the new SoftTube Controller One can take the place of a FaderPort surface controller for accessible PT control? At first glance it seems a 500 buvk inbestment in soft tube's controler could open up physical control of many funvtions of the oppolo which are not yet accessible with boice over. <https://www.softube.com/index.php?id=apollocentral> https://www.softube.com/index.php?id=apollocentral Please note I have no hands experience with these products, though O am a fan of the 2 soft tube plugins I own.
