Hi Vaughn, The problem is not with Flo Num Pad, it's a system problem so reinstalling won't necessarily fix anything. Also, you don't need the num pad to record. As far as making selections, you can certainly use Flo Tools instead of using slash on the num pad. I'm not sure what other commands you might be missing but almost everything is duplicated with keystrokes on the qwerty side. In lieu of all else, use an extended keyboard for the best experience. Hopefully Chi will see the thread and offer a suggestion. Slau
