Put it in your dropbox folder and right click on it with VO+Shift+M and select copy dropbox link and then paste that link into an email, iM, iMessage/text message etc etc. Other outer is to create a folder in your dropbox folder, share the folder with the person you want to get the file (they will also have to have a dropbox account) and then when you copy the file into that folder it will show up on their computer too.
