Yes, I've tried everything that I know. I'm starting to think if it was bad when it came to me. I followed all set up instructions. And in the set up instructions and asked me to press the key to the left and the right of the shift key.

If so make sure all the keys are what you think they are. Press VO+K again or press escape. If this is a laptop you can enter Keyboard help with a 4 finger double tap on the trackpad as well. Do a VO+F2 Twice Quickly to make sure you don’t have a hidden window starting that the keyboard needs some kind of permission to proceed. Hopefully one of those will get you going in the right direction.
