Exactly which frequency are you trying to generate? You might try looking into getting "Make a Test tone" by Audio Ease, the makers of Altiverb. If I'm not mistaken, it's a free app. If it costs anything, it's a nominal fee. It's accessible and can do sweeps as well. HTH, slau
