I know exactly 100 percent what is going on!

The plugins aren't activated yet.

You have to install the Antares manager, then log into your Antares account through it, and activate your unlimited subscription. This isn't gonna be accessible, but like Rocko said, you might be able to get away with using VOCR to get the job done.

Personally, I just called Aira and had them Team Viewer into my system and do it for me, as frankly, I knew even with VOCR, they could just click and have it done in like, 30 seconds or less. I get however that not everyone has Aira, and even if they did, may not wanna go that route.

Once things however are activated, you won't have this problem any longer, and everything else should then be totally accessible without the need for VOCR.

Hey Chris, I went ahead and made the plunge and got an autotune subscription
for US$125. You are right, it does include a lot of stuff.
I do have a question, however. I’m sure it is something I am doing wrong or a
gross misunderstanding of how some of the plug-ins should work, but I am having
issues when inserting certain plug-ins on a track, where the audio from the
track goes away. What I mean by going away, is I can’t hear it anymore. The
actual audio still remains, but I cannot hear it during playback nor while
monitoring input with record armed. Hope that makes sense.
One example of a plug-in that is causing this phenomenon is Mike mod. There are
others, but this is one that I remember specifically trying.
Just wondering if you, or anyone else has experienced this type of situation
and if so, how did you correct it? What am I doing wrong?
Just for reference, I am running the latest version of ProTools on macOS
10.15.7 I believe.

There's definitely a lot more you can do with it accessibly even than just
basic stuff, but I confess, I've not really dove much into all the things the
different plugins can do.

Mainly, I wanted Mic Mod, but realized getting the whole monthly subscription
was way way way cheaper than me just buying mic mod by itself outright. I do
use Auto-Tune EFX on occasions, so I guess it's really a win for win deal.
Although for pitch correction, I actually tend to find myself now adays more
going to Waves Tune Realtime, but anyway, that's another discussion entirely.
LOL!

Hey, thanks Chris, for the quick reply and all of the great information. I also
would just be using it for very basic tuning scenarios, unless I figured out I
could do more with it. I will definitely check it out. Thanks again, and have a
great Thanksgiving.

Correcting pitch with a midi keyboard is definitely possible. I've done it. I
don't personally prefer doing it that way, but it does work.

Personally, I got the cloud based Antares Auto-Tune Unlimited subscription, and
I couldn't be happier! I love it! This literally will give you access to all of
their products. Anything from Harmony EVO, Choir, Auto-Tune EFX, Mic MOd,
basically, everything. I can't even begin to remember everything, but believe
me, I don't know what country you're in, so prices may, and probably will vary,
but at least here in the US, it's $26.00 per month. That is a hell of a steal!
If you bought these plugins outright, I don't even wanna think! how much you'd
be paying for the whole shebang. That makes my wallet hurt just thinking about
it. LOL! BTW, at least the plugins in the bundle I've so far used regularly,
I've not seen a need for macros or the like. It pretty well seems to be very
accessible as is. Now keep in mind, I mainly only do basic stuff, but the stuff
I've done, it works just fine.

Just wondering if someone could remind me which version of auto tune is
accessible with ProTools and voiceover?
Also, are there additional Scripps or macros that I need to acquire in order
for it to work correctly?
And, is it possible for us, as voiceover users, to be able to correct pitch
using a midi keyboard?
Thanks for your assistance.
