Hi, I am attempting to work through Cha 7 of Vol 1 of the documentation, but do not have the required executables (ptolemy, ptexecute, vergil, & moml) in $PTII/bin. I suspect I'm not going to be able to use these command-line programs without switching to a Cygwin installation (currently have the plain Windows installation). Is this indeed the case?--that I should install Cygwin and then re-install Ptolemy? Or maybe I just need to re-compile on my machine?
Actually, I don't really even have a $PTII/bin since my $PTII = "C:\Ptolemy\ptII5.0.1\ptolemy\ptsupport.jar!" which I suppose is also an aspect of the non-Cygwin Windows installation. I did search around in the archives for anything pertinent, but didn't get any useful results.
