Hallo,

I am trying to install Ptolemy 0.7.1 on a PC under SuSe Linux
Professional 5.1. I loaded the Ptolomy files (pt0_7_1p1_src_tar.tar and
pt0_7_1_other_src_tar.tar) from the server in France
(http://ptolemy.thomson-csf.fr). Unpacking was successfull. Then I
startet "make everything >& log.out &". The script was running for a
couple of minutes. The log.out reports errors at the tail of the file:
   make[3] *** [tif_aux.o] Error1
   ...
   make[2] *** [tif/libtiff.a] Error2
   ...
   make[1] *** [xv_bin] Error 2
   ...
   make: *** [install_xv] Error 2.

There are some warnings as well.

When I try to start Ptolemy "pigi" I get the error prompt
"/home/ptolemy/bin.linux/pigiRpc does not exist or is not executable".

pigiRpc does not exist in this directory.

What can I do?
