The Ptolemy Code Generation (CG) domain has a few parallel schedulers. In Ptolemy the CG domains almost always have SDF semantics. A summary can be found at http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu/papers/almagest/docs/user/html/domains.doc14.html See also http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu/users_man0.7.html/cg.doc3.html#13.3.2 Multiple-Processor Schedulers and http://ptolemy.eecs.berkeley.edu/papers/almagest/docs/user/html/cgc.doc2.html#14.2.2 Multi-Processor Targets I'm not that up on PVM (http://www.epm.ornl.gov/pvm/), but it looks a little like the Network Of Workstations (NOW), which has a few demos in the CGC domain. The Ptolemy 0.x NOW demos are not as impressive as they could be, I think this is partly because we are running over Ethernet instead of a low-latency ATM cloud. -Christopher ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Posted to the ptolemy-hackers mailing list.
