Ptplot colors

Hello,   I am trying to figure out how ptplot (when running as an applet) determines the sequence of colors that it chooses for overlaying different datasets on the same set of plot axes.  I have found that the sequence of colors depends on the machine where the java source was compiled -- is this consistent with anyone else's experience?  If there is some algorithm that ptplot uses to determine this sequence of colors, I would like to find out more about it so that I may apply the same algorithm to my code.   Thanks in advance, Page Stites [EMAIL PROTECTED]
