Ptolemy II on CD-ROM

G'day,

For testing purposes I would like to put a copy of 
the installed Ptolemy on CD-ROM. Unfortunately it 
doesn't work without setting some parameters 
(probably java classpath and so on). Can somebody 
tell me what the parameters are and how to get 
Ptolemy on a CD?
