Interesting read, and if you feel strongly about it, I suggest you sign the petition. For decades, large corporate broadcasting companies have shaped frequency policies with the FCC with their large budget lobbying efforts. This is your opportunity to make a difference. If there is any chance for freeing up 700mhz "white-space" frequencies for the use of broadband, it won't happen without your support.
