You'll be happy you did before things like this happen.

I've had DSL from the day it was made available.  After some initial time with
QWest I switched ISP services to a local provider and I've never looked back
or had regrets.

Perhaps the greatest benefit is getting actual people with a brain on the
phone when support calls are needed.  Sometimes you even get the company
president.

It just works.
