Strange -- I used to live in the large complex of apartments at that
intersection -- the Maclaey Park Apartments built in the '20-40s? I
could swear I had DSL there but I think it must have been just before
DSL launched in Portland. I just plugged in the following apt manager
address and phone number in at covad.com and they're offering "Business
DSL 1.5M/384k" for $70/month with a one year contract.
