We'll be wrapping up nominations for the open seat on the Board of
Directors. Thus far, we have several people nominated and seconded,
one who has actively accepted. If you've been nominated and seconded,
please plan to attend the monthly meeting or reply here on the list
whether you intend to accept the nomination.
Nominated and seconded:
Michael Weinberg (incumbent)
Stefan Mintier
Jason McArthur
Chistopher Chen (has accepted the nomination)
Seth Shikora
If you have others you would like to nominate, please do so here or at
the meeting. As far as I am aware, you need not be a member to be
nominated or elected to the Board, but you must be a member to vote.
If you are not officially a member of Personal Telco, you are
ineligible to vote. The list of currently eligible voters is found

If you think you are a member and don't see your name in that list,
please let me know as soon as possible and we'll get it straightened
out. The June Monthly Meeting is the deadline for membership. If you
would like to become a member, please plan to attend the meeting or
indicate such to me by email.
The Board of Directors position is for 2 years. The election will
take place at the July Monthly Meeting (July 29). At the Annual Board
Meeting to be held the following Wednesday (August 5th), the Board
will assign officer roles to the Board Members (President, Secretary,
and Treasurer).
