Right, I'm well aware of the bylaws and how the elections process  
works for PTP.
Also I am certainly not questioning the way the board voted for the  
delegation of duties.
Just pointing out that it caught me off guard in that I didn't expect  
that you Russell would
actually want the extended duties of President considering the amount  
of work
you're already putting into PTP.

Regardless, contrats once again to you and thanks again to Michael for  
his
2 years of dedication to the presidency of PTP.
