Hello. I finally got my problem solved with the recording software. The tech
support people at plextor are wonderful. Both times I called they stayed on
the phone with me for over an hour. If you ever need help don't hesitate to
call.
Deep in the registry was another file that had to be deleted. Once that was
done we were able to install the program with no problem. The only thing
that happened was it was still giving me the message that this program had
performed an illegal operation. We got details and found out that viavoice
was causing the problem. I removed viavoice and everthing is fine now. i
told the program to not use those voices, to turn them off.
Now i just need to learn how to use the program. Really cool stuff here I'm
thinking.
