Ok, Ed back here again.  That problem that you  are talking about, is 
normal.  I would hope that the next firmware update will take care of 
this problem.  When I take  my ptr 1 in for service, I will have a 
second one on hand, while the other one is bing serviced for the 
button problem.   The button contact problem will probaly apply to 
the other buttons as well, So, everyone  should be aware of this.
