Hi, Each DAISY book is contained within its own folder, and each folder contains an MP3 file (or other type depending on what is sellected in the bitrate options), the new files are usually DAISY representation files. To get separate audio files physically you need to go into PRS and do a book export. I am not quite sure what you want to do, but this is probably the best way to go.
