While recording is going on, you can hit the Heading key, which is the second one down in the left row, and there will be, not only a heading there, but it makes a new MP3 or WAV file as well. Then you can use those audio files to do whatever you want. If you want just the MP3's, for instance, you can copy them onto your hard drive or burn them to a data CD for use in an MP3 player, and you can discard the Daisy files, which are all those that are not the MP3 or WAV files.

If you want new recordings to go into a new folder, you will need to create a new title. Each title is a folder. Once the title is created, you can record whatever you want in that folder.

Hope this is helpful!

have to press stop then start recording all over again, any easier-faster
way to do this?

also all the files get put in that one folder it makes, is there any awy to
separate groups of files in to separate folders if say you had a large
memory card and had several projects on it.
