I think I'm the first victim of the upgrade. I contacted Irti and they
themselves had a bit of a tough time figuring out the install. I tried to
install but when I pressed play I didn't hear any single hint of feedback so
I hit the play button again. I think I may have corrupted the installation
because I checked the version and it still states that I'm running 1.0. I
have also arrowed down through the main menu and do not have the time jump
option available. I have ejected and inserted the disk over and over and the
intro and update information is read. I'm assuming the PTR1 thinks the
install was alright but the new ptr1 settings and features are nowhere to be
found. Like I've stated over and over, it appears as though computer users
spend more time trouble shooting and calling tech support rather than
actually using these things. AS is, my computer is giving me problems and I
don't know if it is my anti virus, my spyware software, my add aware, my
firewall, my spam eliminator, my hardware, or a combination of all these
things that are suppose to make my life easier. Its all getting to be way,
way too much and an incredible Burdon on my life.

Subject: PRS Updating Question

Hi,
I do not see any PRS folder on the update CD for the PTR1 Version 2.00 cd.
This is what the text file says and I cant find it.

b) Upgrade version of Plextalk Recording Software(PRS).
You can also upgrade PRS, for more information please browse ReleaseNote.txt
in PRS sub folder.

Again, there is no PRS sub folder on the cd after creating the ISO image and
updating the PTR1.

Dan
