Hi, i turned on my ptr1 and got a battery low worning, tried inserting a cd and the unit tried to grab it but only took about half of the disk in and then told me that it was a damaged or improper disk. i ejected the cd, shut down the ptr1 and plugged it into the mains.i left it a while and turned it back on and tried to insert another disk. I got the same response and once again the ptr1 only took in half the disk. i ejected it and tried again to no avail.
i guess its a hardware problem but is there any resets i can do first? i baught it from RNIB, do i have to return it to them or to plextar? who should i contact?
