setting up timer question

Hello. My question is how do I tell the second timer to shut off at a 
certain hour?
I want to record from from 7 pm until 10 pm. I can set the first to come on 
at 7 and can't figure out how to shut it off at 10 pm. Also, do I activate 
each setting?
