Hi, Further to this, I have superficially identified the problem to a system we were trialing in the middle of this month, which was rejecting the list messages until I made suttle changes to it, causing the warranty to be voided if we continued using the product. We are no longer using this product, but the software may have the address on record as possibly bouncing, and when the next cleanup event occurred, then the bounce notifications got sent out.
