If you choose 128 bit MP3 or the PCM formats, you should get stereo recordings. I believe that all the lower bit rate settings will be mono. I thought it actually said mono or stereo in the selection list. Listen carefully and maybe you will find it there. I could be mistaken, at least on the PTR1 itself.

Second question: sometimes I am going to put in a track and I set it and the recording says: track 3446 already exists. So you go forward in the menu and it will say: remove track 45. Obviously track 46 does not exist. But they won't let you plant it where you want it. Any reason why?
I've made wonderful Christmas music recordings with the plex this year.
