Hello there,

Sorry for the late addition to this thread but I've been on holiday.

Sharon, you can also try using headphones whilst recording and that way you get
the audio outputs that you want without them being picked up on the recording.

Cheers and Happy New Year to all,

Jamie

Hi,

Yep this is it. I'm afraid its all or nothing: The heading button will
not speak when it is switched off but neither will any other spoken
prompt in this mode.

Andrew.

Hello. The only thing I saw in control panel was to turn on/off play
guidance while recording. If you turn it off it won't let you hear
recording levels or monitor settings. I can't find where to not report
the headers.

Hi.

Find the option in the control panel | announce events whilst recording.

Andrew.

Subject: header announcements in recording

Hello. Sorry for asking so many questions.
My husband's unit is announcing headers while he is recording. We are
using
the custome recording with mp3 128 bit. How can we get the unit to stop
announcing when it is putting in a header? My mind is blank as to how to
do
it even though I've done it before.
Sharon
