Andy inquires:

If I was to use a music CDR then, to record a live stream, would this then
play in a standard CD player? or would it still be in daisy format?

If you selected "music CD format" as the recording protocol, then yes, the
disk would play in a standard CD player. However, note my previous comments
(a week or so back) respecting what happens when track indices are put on
such a disk; i.e., that you get these two second gaps in the recording. This
isn't a problem when you're recording separate songs, but where you've done
a continuous "field recording" of a concert, its a little bit disappointing
and disconcerting (no pun intended, <smile>) to have these gaps in the
recording.
