Hi Georges: With the three dial controls nearest to you, go to the one furthest to the right; the one next to the CD eject key. Press that control in once. You will hear the Plextalk say: "guide volume." Then, adjust it for the volume setting you desire. Simply press the control in again and the control will then control the playback volume.
