Hi Georges:

To change the time and date, you simply press the information key twice and 
follow the prompts. The information key is the upper most of the four keys 
on the left side of the Plextalk; the vertical row of keys above the record 
key.

Actually, while the Plextalk manual does contain some factual errors in 
stating what the Plextalk can and cannot do, its descriptions of procedures 
are quite accurate. You might want to open the Plextalk manual in notepad 
and then search for text which describes the feature(s) you want to learn 
about.
