Hi, gang!

I have been having trouble getting Audio Export in PRS to work. Each time I tried to do it, my computer would freeze up. Yesterday, I reinstalled PRS because I got the upgrade of 2.02.00.07 (I think). I was successful in doing an audio export once. The next time I tried, my computer crashed during the attempt. Now, each time I try, I get an access error, whatever that means. It doesn't seem to care if I try to export from a full Daisy book opened or an editable project. If I have to uninstall the old and reinstall the new, especially since it has to have the PTR1 plugged in and connected at the time, it's ridiculous to only be able to do this once. It's almost like having a trial version that gives you one shot and that's it. I know this isn't the way it should be.

Why is it that the same result as an audio export is not performed when building a book with PRS or burning a Daisy book onto CD with the PTR1? When you edit out a bit of audio, it is skipped by the Daisy files but is still contained within the audio file. Since there is no way to recover it, as in undoing the delete, it seems there is no good reason not to eliminate the audio, at least when the final book is put to disk. And why is it that you cannot undelete the material? Since it's still in the file and since the Daisy file has it clearly marked to skip over it, it shouldn't be hard to add an undelete feature, in case you deleted the wrong material.

There's got to be a better way.

Thanks for any suggestions!
