The glibc-2.14.1 patch 0003-configure.in-detect-readelf-with-AC_CHECK_TARGET_TOO.patch adds the ability to use a specific readelf but does not apply the changes. This patch adds autogen.sh to re-run autotools on configure.in.
Without this patch OS X can not prepare glibc-headers cause of missing 'readelf' tool.
