I'm not sure if this is material for the XBL Primer or the XBL 2.0 specification, but either has to address some authoring issues. Is using an HTML <table> for presentational reasons inside an XBL <template> harmful or not? If it's bad, is that because non-visual user agents might try to process XBL as well? Such as assistive technology (screen readers) or speech browsers.
