In headings elements and interface names should probably be consistently
marked up. Currently sometimes the interface and element names are marked
up in <code> and sometimes they are not.
This is also true for the -xbl-binding property.
Several events such as mouseover, mouseout, focus, etc. should probably be
marked up as well and have their case fixed. These event names are
lowercase (except for DOMFocusIn and DOMFocusOut).
