The Access Control Task Force within the Web Application Formats Working Group has published an updated version of their working draft -- Enabling Read Access for Web Resources. Among other things, this document has a new title, new introductory material, support for HTTP headers along with a processing instruction, and an updated matching algorithm including wildcard support.
