This is the first time I've really studied the HTML5 specs, and I was surprised 
that with how comprehensive the changes are, there is no "minlength" attribute 
for the input or textarea elements. I searched through previous discussions and 
didn't see this as a discussion point. Is there a reason this wasn't added to 
the spec? I realize "required" means that they must put something in there, but 
there are many times that a minimum number of characters are needed.
