Re: Proposal on html HEADING elements

Reading the comments on my proposal, I reject the idea of an H0 element, 
in favor of the use of the TITLE element as usual BUT when we put it 
inside the body element, ALWAYS to be visible with a default size bigger 
than that of H1.
