Friends, who live in Carnarvon, WA, have evidence on a rort that is about to destroy the Aboriginal Medical Service there, a rort so obvious, that the AMS is known locally as the Oakley Medical Service. The "Service" has been infiltrated by an "Aboriginal" version of cosa nostra who, like the Mafia, have tentacles that extend in to the Police Force as well. While staff and creditors go unpaid and patients go untreated, cosa nostra Carnarvon has: $97 000 overdraft, a $30 000 new car that is not needed and not paid for, $60 000 office furniture, had a trip for 7 of La Familia to the casinos in Hobart and Surfers Paradise on the pretext of attending a gabfest on "the Lost Generation", paid "the Boss" $63 000 a year for 26 weeks "work" in 2 years. The Modus Operandi is: [1] Get funding for a new car, bus, furniture and so on [2] Use the items for a short time [3] sell to cosa nostra for next to nothing [4] sell to outsiders for a high price [5] go to step [1].
