Lot 7 Runnymede Estate Rd Nanango, 4615 (07) 41-632-423 (ah) e-mail- [EMAIL PROTECTED] Gun web-site- http://www.geocities.com/marsiegen/index.html Hi to all,
Magistrates Court Appearance on 14 Dec
2000
Russell Lebsanft - Summary Magistrate- heard the
evidence accepted my documents and heard my Constitutional arguments against
both the Gun laws, Summary Trial etc. He reserved his decision until the
25 January 2001.
I will send out the transcript of the proceedings when I
receive it
Russell is the Magistrate who previously convicted me of
my earlier gun offences and fined me A$650. He gave me the choice, in light of
this, to have another magistrate hear the case. I feel that Russell is a fair
and honest person who will give due notice to my arguments and I let the court
case proceed.

Picture below- At the Nanango courthouse chatting before
the court case.
Left- Mark the Prosecutor
(Sergeant)
Right- Mark the arresting officer (Constable)
Middle-
Martin the Feral gunowner (me)
Mark the arresting officer seems a reliable chap who when raiding
me for weapons behaved in an impeccable manner.
Mark the prosecutor genuinely supports the gun laws that I oppose.
He is no hypocrite. Although entitled to wear a gun he does not. He carries a
cannister of Capsicum spray instead. He is fast on the uptake. Although he only
got my legal documents about 30 minutes before court started he had worked out a
strategy to negate my arguments by the time he spoke in
court.
I think that both these officers are a credit to the Queensland
Police force
- but my guns will remain buried!!!!!.
