Give Snapper (http://jiemakel.github.io/snapper/) a try as well,made by Eetu Mäkelä. A completely client-side javascript turtle editor, supporting uploading and downloading. As far as I know, it requires a (CORS-enabled) SPARQL endpoint for updating the triples (you can try sending a github feature request if this does not suit your usecase)
