I’ve added to a page to BioRDF/Tasks that describes an interesting use case, all IMHO of course:

My perspective on BioRDF generally is that we’re tasked to create useful RDF or to use RDF, this particular case would actually do both. There are some formal problems with the proposal, discussed in a “Critique” section at the bottom. If there’s sufficient interest I’d be happy to provide more detail, do some sort of coding, or both.
