I listened to your presentation on BioRDF telecon this morning. Great
progress! I wonder if there is anything that I can help with for the
reagent task. I would be interested in giving you a hand in areas such
as further defining ontology (or RDF vocabulary) and writing code to
convert data. Please let me know if I can be any help.
My brief background: I have done many bioinformatics and software
development projects at Hyseq, Baylor Genome Center, and Callida
Genomics, mainly using java, perl and web technologies. Recently, also
have been working on web search engine and just starting to learn
semantic web technologies. My PhD and postdoc researches were in
biochemistry and immunology.
