Hi Bill,
> If there will be anyway for me to participate via tele- or video-
> conference link, please let me know what the days & times would be and
> what the connect details are. Many thanks.
We will have a speakerphone ready to connect to Zakim and have the
following slots reserved:
SW_HCLS(f2f)
Tuesday, 3 October & Wednesday, 4 October
3:00am-11:00am / 0700-1500 UTC
10 participants
Zakim Bridge +1.617.761.6200, conference 4257 ("HCLS")
Please let us know if you're planning to call in by sending
mail/checking the HCLS irc channel - it will take more special measures
than the usual teleconferences. We'll have to see how well the hybrid
conference/teleconference works with minimal equipment.
Also, take a look at the HCLS irc channel. We will all have wireless
access and be able to _receive_ mail in the usual way although not
everyone will have a way to _send_ mail (such as a webmail client). IRC
should work fine.
best,
scott
