Dear all, To document the work on consistency checking I created a wiki page at http://esw.w3.org/HCLSIG/LODD_TMO_consistency_checking So far I have run basic SPARQL queries over the BigOWLIM repository to check for violations of owl:disjoints over some of the data sets. I found no inconsistencies so far. Vassil Momtchev (Ontotext) kindly offered help with using more advanced consistency checking features of OWLIM that I will try over the next days.
