----- CLINICAL INFORMATICS SCIENTIST Philips Research, Briarcliff Manor, NY * Your Responsibilities: We are seeking an exceptional, self-motivated individual to participate in the expansion of the Clinical Decision Support Systems program for diagnosis and treatment selection, operations and quality management, and technical platform development. The candidate will participate in the research around the imaging and radiology informatics competency, focusing on research and implementation of first-of-kind algorithms and prototypes for improving clinical workflow and patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in information retrieval and extraction involving both structured and unstructured data, and have broad exposure to a range of real-world clinical situations.
