what happened to SWAN rsqualifiers?

SWAN used to have an extension called rsqualifiers with entities such as 
'claim' and 'hypothesis'. The URl to the extension's RDF does not 
resolve <http://swan.mindinformatics.org/ontologies/1.2/rsqualifiers/> 
and I can't find anything similar in the other resources on 
<http://swan.mindinformatics.org/ontologies/1.2/>. Does anyone know what 
happened?
