The Linked Life Data (LLD) team is pleased to announce the release of version 2.0. LLD is a public RDF warehouse with an option for commercial support of the linked data cloud that provides free access to important biomedical databases.

The latest edition uses OWLIM 5.3 revision 5853 and offers 10B+ RDF statements describing 1.5B+ resources integrated from 32 biomedical data sources (http://linkedlifedata.com/sources.html)

New dataset updates:

o Improved schema for ClinicalTrials.gov, Drugbank, SIDER, CHEMBL
o Migrated to BioPAX 3 the sources IntAct, MINT, Reactome, NCI-Nature, HPRD, HumanCYC, BioGRID (some parts were preserved in BioPAX 2 for backward compatibility reasons)
o Updated all sources in the public version with recent database releases

New functionality:

o Predefined views for gene, protein, molecular interaction, target, drug, clinical trial and side effect o Search within multiple entity types - genes, proteins, targets, drugs, clinical trials, abstracts and organizations. o Quick search, optimized for general types of searched and subsequent filtering with facets
o Advanced search tuned for defining more complex type of searches
o Co-occurence search over 20M abstracts which allows identification of documents o Auto-suggest functionality over all concepts from UMLS, Uniprot Taxonomy, Gene Ontology and all main entity types.
o Faceted filtering for all type of search results
o Cross-search among entities, which enables mass browsing across linked entities
